Shipping zones
We ship to Spain and Portugal, including:
- Iberian Peninsula (mainland Spain and Portugal).
- Balearic Islands.
- Canary Islands (additional charges may apply).
- Ceuta and Melilla (additional charges may apply).
- Madeira and the Azores (Portuguese islands).
Delivery times
- Iberian Peninsula: 24–48 working hours from order confirmation.
- Islands and non-mainland territories: 3–5 working days.
Orders placed before 14:00 on working days are processed the same day. Orders received after 14:00 or at weekends and on public holidays are processed the next working day.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on all orders over €60 to mainland Spain.
- For orders below €60, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the zone and package weight.
Discreet packaging
All orders are shipped in completely plain, discreet packaging. The outer box carries no reference to the product or the shop — only the recipient's address is visible from the outside. Your privacy is our priority.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow your parcel at any time through the carrier's tracking portal.
Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods, all secure and processed with SSL encryption:
- PayPal — pay with your PayPal account or any card via PayPal.
- Bank card (SumUp) — Visa, Mastercard and other debit or credit cards.
- Bank transfer — you will receive bank details at the end of checkout. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.
- Cash on delivery — pay the courier upon delivery (a small surcharge may apply).
