Official 2-year warranty — immediate replacement

The Europe Magic Wand comes with an official 2-year distributor warranty with immediate replacement of the product. This means that if your wand develops a manufacturing defect within that period, we replace it with a brand-new unit — no delays, no red tape and no extra cost to you.

What does the warranty cover?

  • Manufacturing defects in the motor, body or electrical system.
  • Faults in the speed control mechanism.
  • Defects in the factory-fitted silicone head.
  • Any fault that prevents the device from working normally under normal conditions of use.

What is not covered?

  • Damage caused by misuse or use contrary to the instructions (drops, submersion in water, overheating from excessive use, etc.).
  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches or marks that do not affect functionality.
  • Normal product wear and tear.
  • Separately purchased accessories (see specific terms for each accessory).
  • Damage caused by unauthorised modifications.

How to make a warranty claim

  1. Contact us at info@hitachimagicwand.es, providing your order number and a description of the problem.
  2. Our team will assess the issue and, if it is covered by the warranty, will send you instructions for returning the faulty product.
  3. Once we receive the product, we will send you the replacement unit at no extra charge.

In most cases, the replacement process is completed within 2–5 working days.

Legal consumer guarantee

In addition to the commercial warranty offered by the distributor, the Europe Magic Wand is covered by the statutory conformity guarantee under Spanish consumer protection legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). This statutory guarantee of 3 years from delivery is additional to and independent of the commercial warranty.

CE certification

The Europe Magic Wand carries the CE marking, confirming that the product meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive (2014/35/EU) and the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (2014/30/EU). You can request the declaration of conformity by contacting us.
