No. The Hitachi Magic Wand is specifically designed for the European 230V voltage with a type F (Schuko) plug. You can plug it directly into any Spanish or EU socket with no transformer or adapter needed.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 14:00 (working days) ship the same day. Delivery takes 24 to 48 hours within mainland Spain. Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may have different timescales.
What if I am not satisfied with the product?
You have 30 days from receipt to return it, no questions asked, with a full refund. The item just needs to be in the same condition as when you received it.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain boxes with no reference to the contents on the outside. The invoice and card statement will show the company name, not the product.
What is the difference from the original Hitachi Magic Wand?
The original Hitachi runs on 110V (American voltage) and requires a transformer in Europe, which reduces its lifespan and power. Our European model runs natively on 230V, includes a Schuko plug, has 6 speeds (vs the Hitachi's 2) and comes with CE certification.
